At Kitcheneries, we work with trusted third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to process and ship your orders efficiently. As we operate on a dropshipping model, your products are shipped directly from our suppliers.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
- Once processed, your order is forwarded to our fulfillment partner for shipment
Delivery Time
Delivery time is divided into two stages:
- Processing & Fulfillment: 1–2 business days
- Shipping & Delivery: 3–7 business days (local) / 7–15 business days (international depending on location)
👉 Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 business days (average)
👉 Remote areas or customs delays may extend delivery up to 15 business days

- We use reliable courier and logistics services depending on destination
- Tracking information is provided once the order is dispatched
Tracking Information
- You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is shipped
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch
