At Kitcheneries, we work with trusted third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to process and ship your orders efficiently. As we operate on a dropshipping model, your products are shipped directly from our suppliers.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
  • Once processed, your order is forwarded to our fulfillment partner for shipment

Delivery Time

Delivery time is divided into two stages:

  • Processing & Fulfillment: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping & Delivery: 3–7 business days (local) / 7–15 business days (international depending on location)

👉 Remote areas or customs delays may extend delivery up to 15 business days

  • Tracking information is provided once the order is dispatched

Tracking Information

  • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is shipped
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch
